Excellent guided tour of Ephesus with a knowledgeable guide! My guide Ertunga communicated with me shortly after booking the tour and met on time, as arranged. He’s extremely well-versed in Greco-Roman history and what made the tour unique from others was the time Ertunga spent laying a foundation historical context before we started walking. He explained the Ephesian civilization in detail and how it came to, interacted with nearby civilizations, rose to power, and ultimately declined. I found this basis of knowledge useful before exploring the sites.
