We booked a 2 week private tour with Ertunga in December 2023. We were very happy with Ertunga’s quiet and pleasant personality and his genuine helpfulness over the trip. We appreciated the patience and interest both he and the van driver Reggie showed in keeping our young children engaged and occupied throughout the trip. They missed him immediately after we departed. He played little quizzes with rewards that the kids loved. He took effort to explain the significance of sites as well as give us time to explore on our own. We were never pressured to go shopping or buy anything and he was flexible with the program according to our energy, interest and needs. His van was also new, spacious and comfortable and safely driven. Ertunga, his wife Maria and team seemed to have a genuine interest in their guests. Virtually everything worked together seamlessly from beginning to end. We felt safe and secure throughout the trip. They were quick and responsive to inquiries and punctual.
