We recently embarked on a 14-day journey through the beautiful country of Turkey, thanks to our private tour guide Ertunga Ecir, owner of Felicity Travel, our experience was wonderful. Ertunga and his team are all very professional and responsible. Before the trip, we worked together efficiently to create a private custom itinerary that fits our style of vacation, including dates, accommodations, tourist attraction/activities, transportation methods etc. Once we started, we are happy to find everything was well organized and smoothly executed. As a guide, we definitely learned many interesting facts and stories about Turkey and enjoyed Ertunga’s company. Both factors contribute to our pleasant travel experience! As a tour operator, we also appreciate Felicity Travel’s passion to make clients happy as much as they can. For example, after a week in the trip, we craved for having some Asian food (which is quite rare in Turkey), and Ertunga were able to find two decent Chinese restaurants for us. That is nice.
