Istanbul Golden Horn and Old City Private Tour
Enjoy some of the most visited parts of Istanbul
Istanbul is located on two continents. The bay of Bosphorus called Golden Horn is the natural harbour on the European side of the city.
This is also the most important historical part of the city where ancient Constantinople was founded, surrounded with the ancient city walls.
We visit Chora museum, considered to be one of the most beautiful surviving examples of a Byzantine church.
Chora is famous for its amazingly vivid and well-preserved mosaics and frescoes depicting images from the life of Jesus and the Virgin Mary.
The next stop would be the Greek orthodox patriarchate on the Golden Horn, the church that has dignity, grace, apostolic spirit and importance as much as any holy site in Jerusalem.
This tour also includes picturesque views of Constantinople’s old city walls.
