Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required upon approval of itinerary. The remaining balance is due by the end of your trip. Payments can be made via credit card (Master, Visa), bank transfer, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure, the non-refundable deposit will be retained. No additional cancellation fees will apply.
3. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political instability, or other factors beyond our control. Any significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible, and we will offer suitable alternatives. The length of the tours is approximate. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic.
4. Travel Insurance
Our vehicles are fully insured. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
5. Liability
We are not liable for any loss, injury or damage occurring during the tour, except as required by Turkish laws. We are not responsible for any additional expenses resulting from delays, cancellations, or other disruptions beyond our control.
6. Health and Safety
You must adhere to all health and safety instructions provided by local authorities throughout the tour.
7. Personal Data
Your personal information will be used solely for the management of your booking and will be handled in accordance with Turkish data protection laws and our privacy policy.
