When we did run into an issue, he fixed it in short order to our satisfaction.
The only area for area for improvement I would make is that the room category should be specified when submitting a tour price. We were satisfied with the end result in terms of hotel facilities but stating the room level (basic, suite, or otherwise) would make the evaluation of the tour cost more effective.
