We are a family of 7 with children from ages 13 to 2 years old. Our guide Maria kept us engaged and interested for the whole tour and pointed out many things we could not have known apart from a guide. A baby backpack was the best way to experience this tour as we could keep pace and visit the places that a stroller couldn’t go. The highlight for the children was the section of residential houses. Well worth the extra entrance fee. It gave more of a picture of how some people lived…at least the very wealthy. Reading up on some history before gave the older kids some categories to put the new information in and our guide had lots of extra historical tidbits when we dug deeper.
