Last month while on a cruise of the Eastern Mediterranean we had a stop over in Kusadasi. At the recommendation of TripAdvisor we discoverd Ertunga – and what a find! Our day in Ephesus was one of the best of the trip. Ertunga is very knowledgeable and professional. We were a group of six who all had different ideas of what we wanted out of our trip – whether it was seeing the sites, shopping, or getting some authentic food, and I feel that Ertunga managed to please all of us! This tour was a great value split 6 ways! With the entrance fees to sites, lunch and parking it ended up being around $60-70 per person which was great – and we could pay in US dollars.

Ertunga himself was wonderful. He was prompt in his response to email, and was very flexible when our ship had a change in itenerary – he was prompt in his arrival to meet us at the ship (even though we ran late), and despite a little transportation hiccup with the van he got us everywhere we wanted to go, and even introduced us to Turkish rug making – something I did not realize was nearly as interesting as it was. He gave us time to shop, see all the sites including the Virgin Mary’s House, St John’s Basilica, the Temple of Artemis (from a distance), and of course Ephesus – one of the most impressive ruins I have ever been to! He even convinced us that Turkey is a great idea for a future travel destination!

I would not hesitate to contact Ertunga again, and I would certainly send any friends or family going to Turkey his way! Thank you Ertunga for a fantastic day!
